Because I firmly believe that receiving a massage in the comfort of your own home is the ultimate experience in a relaxation, I have chosen to make it one of my specialties. I work with a multitude of modalities, including Swedish, neuromuscular, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, and trigger point, blending them to create unique therapy sessions to help restore balance to the body and facilitate optimal tissue function and a healthy range of motion.
I also take pleasure in working with the elderly, enhancing many touch-deprived lives. Having a mother 96 years young and still going strong has taught me how important it is to keep our elderly enjoying their later years.
If you have questions or if you would like to learn more about the benefits of massage, please feel free to contact me. I am available for all of your massage therapy needs and look forward to hearing from you! Lyn
My journey began over 30 years ago when I had to lose weight after my youngest son was born. Regular workouts provided the ground work for many years of aerobics, softball, tennis, skiing, rollerblading, hiking, swimming and yoga, eventually leading to my real love for cycling.
I later began giving cycling lessons and working with Bicycles Adventures providing guided cycling tours, which lead me to achieving personal success with long-distance cycling accomplishments of my own. My journey made it crystal clear that getting into massage was and is the right path for me.
Taking the message of the benefits of massage out into the world and working with athletes is a common thread for me. However, by taking the massage to the client, I can provide a greatly enhanced massage experience. When a client doesn't have to get into their car and drive, it is sheer enjoyment.
